Holiday season is in full swing with Thanksgiving just hours away and Christmas peeking out from behind a few weeks on the calendar.
If you’re cooking you probably have your meal all lined up. If you’re not cooking, you might still be wondering where to get your grub on! Fear not, hungry one; I have some referrals for finding a Thanksgiving feast that will fit your stomach and your budget.
After you sleep off the turkey and dressing, it’ll be time for Black Friday shopping! I say skip Tagert, Walmart, and Macy’s and head strait for Whole Foods. Read on for details!
Restaurants Serving Thanksgiving Feasts Around the South Bay and LA
For some of us, cooking for Thanksgiving is not all its cracked up to be. As the turkey tans in the oven for hours on end we just think about the energy bill!
Fortunately there will be plenty of places around town catering to folks that choose to dine out instead of eating in for the feast. And I must say, God bless those folks that are hard at work cooking in restaurant kitchens on what most of us consider a day of turkey-meat-induced rest.
With that said, I’m referring you to two very reliable resources listing places to eat dinner around town:
- “What’s open on Thanksgiving?”
For dinner around the South Bay, check out this list of restaurants that will be open and serving on Thursday provided by Bianca of South Bay Rants ‘n’ Raves. “No cooking, just show up”.
- “Winner Winner Turkey Dinner”
In other parts of LA, this list of “Thanksgiving menus for $50 and under per person” is both eclectic and pocket friendly. Thanks to the ladies of Finer Things LA for putting this information together!
