Food Truck Friday: Lunch Time with the Magnificent Manila Machine

The slider combo ($8) was the order of the day for me with a manilia dop slider featuring chicken adobo and the longanisa slider filled with pork and garlic sausage.

Other must haves included the lumpia which was cooked to a cripsy, crunchy perfection.  The ube cupcake was also a highlight with its mild coconut flavor and intense purple color.
