I don’t know about you, but I’m constantly on the lookout for something that I have not tried before. It could be something that I’m not familiar with or simply a new offering from a local South Bay establishment. I’m impressed that Grimaldi’s in El Segundo continues to surprise me with their new savory seasonal pizzas.

Grimaldi’s Prosciutto Arugula Pizza

For the remainder of April, the Prosciutto Arugula Pizza returns to the menu. The base begins with a canvas of Grimaldi’s classic white pizza and then is topped with thinly sliced prosciutto, shaved cheese blend, and fresh arugula. While a proscuitto arugula pizza isn’t typically what you would find at your neighborhood restaurant, it is often featured on the Food Network. Even Wolfgang Puck has his own recipe for this creation.

Like all of their pizzas, the Prosciutto Arugula pizza is fired in Grimaldi’s 25-ton anthracite coal-fired brick oven, which reaches temperatures of more than 1,200 degrees, creating the signature crispy and smoky thin crust.

Don’t delay or you will be sorry. This item is only available until the end of April.
