Truffle Cheese and Mushroom Burger w/ garlic fries

I’m always trying to find food I’ve never experienced before. Because of that desire, going out for a burger isn’t usually my first choice. I recently heard about Rock & Brews Hamburger Month and decided to stop by after work.

This month Rock & Brews is showcasing their Truffle Cheese and Mushroom Burger. It is made of a beef patty with a marinated portobello mushroom, truffle cheese, truffle aioli, baby greens, fresh tomato and caramelized onions on a brioche bun.

One of the secrets to a great burger is starting out with a first rate hamburger bun. Brioche is my favorite because it is crisp on the outside, fluffy soft on the inside and it holds up to a burger without losing these characteristics.

My burger was cooked to my liking and was juicy inside. Combined with the truffle aioli, truffle cheese, caramelized onions, this burger was full of juicy goodness. Each bite was savored and thoroughly enjoyed. I combined the burger with an order of garlic fries and a great Hanger 24 IPA.

You only have until the end of May to try this amazing burger. I highly recommend you make time to do so.
