Manhattan Beach Bread and Bagel Celebrates 20th Anniversary with Throwback Prices

Bread and bagel lovers are in for a treat this week. To mark 20 years of continuous operations, Manhattan Beach Bread & Bagel is taking their prices back to 1993.

 

All this week, they’ll be selling bagels for 45 cents each or five dollars a dozen. Their gourmet sandwiches, usually priced around $8, will be specially priced at $4.55.

Along with the deals, you can enjoy the cozy, communal interior and free wifi. There are plenty of plugs around the dining room for road warriors on laptops or hard core texters that need a recharge. The high backed wooden benches along the walls are spacious but a little firm for long haul coffee and bagel sessions. If you’re posting up for a while, take a chair instead.

This customer appreciation special will be available until Friday, March 1. Get in while you can! Otherwise you’ll be paying 2013 prices…next week and 20 years from now.
